Planned upkeep and reliable breakdown cover for your building.
Keeping a commercial building running is really two jobs in one: planned maintenance that keeps everything compliant and reduces the risk of something going wrong, and a fast, reliable response on the occasion it does. Unplanned downtime costs businesses money, so both matter.
We work to recognised maintenance standards such as SFG20, scheduling visits across the year rather than waiting for something to go wrong. That covers boilers, water heaters, pumps and general plant, checked and serviced on a rolling calendar tailored to your building. Staying ahead of problems this way reduces the chance of a breakdown happening in the first place.
A no heat or no hot water callout in a commercial building, whether that's an office, care setting or industrial unit, can affect staff, tenants or customers, not just convenience. We prioritise these calls and carry a wide range of parts on our vans, aiming to fix the problem on the first visit wherever possible.
Commercial buildings carry statutory obligations that domestic properties don't, from gas safety checks to legionella risk assessments. A maintenance contract keeps these on track alongside routine servicing, so nothing slips through the cracks between visits.
We can tailor a maintenance schedule to suit your building and budget, whether that's a single site or several, or see our Site Wide Service Agreements page if you manage more than one location.
