Keeping your home's plumbing and heating running smoothly is really two jobs in one: regular maintenance that catches small issues early, and fast, reliable cover for the rare occasion something breaks down anyway.

Planned Maintenance

We can set up a maintenance plan tailored to your home, covering the boiler, heating system and general plumbing. A visit checks the boiler and controls, radiators and pipework, and any cylinders or pumps, looking for leaks, corrosion, unusual noises and dropping efficiency. That way, small issues, like a dropping system pressure, a failing valve or an ageing seal, get caught before they turn into an emergency callout.

When Something Goes Wrong

There's never a good time for your boiler, gas appliance or renewable product to break down. If you find yourself without hot water or heating, we aim to get to you as quickly as possible, and we carry a wide range of common parts on our vans so many faults can be fixed on the first visit without waiting on an order.

Protecting Your Warranty

Most boiler manufacturers make their warranty conditional on an annual service by a Gas Safe registered engineer, so staying on top of maintenance isn't just about avoiding breakdowns, it protects the cover you're already paying for. Regular servicing and prompt repairs work together: the better maintained a system is, the less likely it is to break down in the first place, and the easier it is to put right if it does.
