A new boiler or heating system is only as good as its installation. Every install we carry out is commissioned and recorded on the manufacturer's Benchmark checklist, the industry standard log book confirming the work followed the manufacturer's instructions and current Building Regulations. It's also the paperwork most manufacturers require to be completed correctly before your warranty is valid.
Modern boilers typically carry warranties of anywhere from 2 to 10 years or more. Almost all manufacturers make that warranty conditional on annual servicing by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and on the heating system being clean before the new boiler goes in. Where needed, we'll flush the existing system in line with BS 7593 before installation, so sludge and debris from the old setup don't shorten the life of your new one.
